It seems, the father of the accused was also a low ranking worker in the IRS officers office. Hence it may be assumed that the accused must have easily been appointed as a servant in the house.

The accused asked her for money and when she refused, he tried to sexually assault her

When she resisted, he hit her with a lamp besides and assaulted her sexually. At this time we donot know whether the victim was unconcious or already dead.
