For breakfast -  (timings - in between 8am and 9am)


Have oats along with boiled moong (MUNG) dal with one table spoon olive oil added. Remember that apart from tiffin, you are not going to mix oil for rest of food i.e dinner, lunch and all other snack timings. Little bit salt (salt should always used in moderation (just to tingle your taste buds)). One fruit most probably Guava.



Mid snack between Breakfast and Lunch (in between 11am to 11:30am)


5 Badam, 5 Wallnuts, 5 Pistachios and one boiled egg






For Lunch (in between 12:30am - 1:30am)


Have 1/2 cup of rice i.e only 50 grams with boiled beans, raddish, carrots, cabbage. After lunch have one full cup of papaya or pineapple.
















Mid snack between lunch and dinner (4:30pm to 5:30pm)


Boiled Horse Gram (50grams) - should be soaked in water the previous night to make it soft.
Boiled Black Channa (50 grams) - should be soaked in water the previous night to make it soft.




Dinner Food (in between 07:30pm to 08:30pm)


One cup of boiled Oats soaked in half glass hot milk. It is best to avoid fruits at or after dinner time.
