Lockdown 5.0 (unlock-1) details info released by the Indian ministry of home affairs (MHA). The focus completely is to revive and strengthen the weakening economy.



The central government, in the exercise of the powers, conferred under Sections 10(2)(1) & 6(2)(i) of the Disaster Management Act 2005, has taken the decision to extend lockdown in containment zones till 30th of june2020 and has also release a set of do's and don'ts to strictly abide by to safeguard indian people from this highly contagious disease.

*** Night curfew movement of individuals -> 9 pm to 5 am. (People are strictly not allowed to move out of their homes after night 21:00hrs till morning 05:00, except in case of an emergency) ***

ACTIVITIES ALLOWED FROM 8TH OF JUNE 2020 (08-06-2020)

All religious places of worship (temples, mosques, churches) for the public

Shopping malls, hotels, restaurants and all other hospitality  services 

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) released by the ministry of health should be strictly followed


EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OPEN DATE LOCKDOWN5 UNLOCK1

DECISION YET TO BE TAKEN BY HOME MINISTRY (MHA)

Phase II ->  Decision likely in the month of July after opinions at root level

Opening of educational institutions for students like Schools, colleges, coaching centres will be decided by the MHA after they receive a feed back from the state governments/Union Territories administrations. This feedback can be obtained by the respective indian states/UT's by holding consultations at the institution level with parents and other members who are either directly or indirectly connected to running of these institutions.



ENTERTAINMENT ZONES, INTERNATIONAL AIR TRAVEL OPEN DATE LOCKDOWN 5.0 UNLOCK 1.0 (CINEMAS, PARKS ETC)

The decision to re-open international Air-travel, metros in cities, movie theatres, parks and other places of entertainment has not yet been taken.

Wearing of face cover is compulsory in public places, in workplace and during transport.

Individuals must maintain a minimum distance of 1.8 meters between one another in public places

Shops should ensure physical distancing among customers and will not allow more than five people at one time.

Marriages & Funerals gatherings: For marriages the number of guests should not exceed 50 people and for Funerals / last rites, the number of people should be less than or equal to 20 people.

Spitting in public places will be punishable with fine

Consumption of liquor, tobacco (in any form) in public places is prohibited.
